Returns and Refunds
DISPENSE is 100% committed to customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with the product, for any reason, you may return it within 14 days.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@dispenseaustralia.com and we will provide a return address.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will provide the status of your refund.
If a refund is granted you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method.
It's as simple as that. Please note that postage on returns for change of mind will be paid for by the customer.
Faulty items
If you have any issues with your dispenser, please contact us at hello@dispenseaustralia.com. Each dispenser has a 6 month warranty which is only valid if Dispense soap and sanitiser products have been used.
We cannot control the ingredients that are in products that we do not produce ourselves so we are not liable for any issues that occur when other products have been used in the dispenser.
In order to progress a complaint, evidence of a faulty product must be provided in the form of a video or returned item at the customer's expense. Dispener issues and returns are not processed via Instagram direct message.
